Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading or using BabyRoutio ("the App", "our Service"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and BabyRoutio ("we", "us", "our").

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use BabyRoutio.

1.2 Account Creation

To access cloud sync and premium features, you must register an account by providing a valid email address and a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.

1.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at babyroutioapp@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

1.4 One Account Per User

Each account is for a single user. You may not share your account credentials with others. You may, however, track multiple babies under a single account.

2 Description of Service

BabyRoutio is a baby and infant tracking application that provides:

• Sleep Tracking & Smart Scheduling — log sleep sessions and receive age-appropriate nap schedule recommendations.
• Feeding Tracker — record breastfeeding, bottle feeding, and solid food sessions with timing, amounts, and notes.
• Diaper Tracker — log diaper changes with type and timestamp.
• Supplementary Food Journal — track introduction of solid foods, portions, and baby's reactions.
• Growth & Milestone Tracking — record weight, height, and key milestones.
• Calendar & Appointment Planner — schedule doctor visits, vaccinations, and important events.
• Smart Notifications — local, on-device reminders for naps, feeding times, and follow-up check-ins.
• Gamification — sleep streak counters and achievement badges to encourage consistent routines.
• AI Parenting Assistant — ask general parenting questions and receive informational responses (subject to daily usage limits; see Section 6).
• Cross-Device Cloud Sync — your data is securely synced across your devices via encrypted cloud storage.
• Multi-Language Support — available in 8 languages, including Turkish, English, German, Spanish, Arabic, and more.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features at any time, subject to the notification obligations in Section 16.

3 Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Subscription Plans

BabyRoutio is a subscription-based service. Current pricing:

3.2 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through your Apple ID account. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

3.3 Subscription Management

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple's App Store infrastructure. To manage or cancel:

1. Open iOS Settings
2. Tap your Apple ID name at the top
3. Go to Subscriptions
4. Select BabyRoutio and manage your plan

3.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

3.5 What Your Subscription Includes

An active subscription grants access to all current features of BabyRoutio. There are no feature tiers — subscribers get full access to everything the App offers.

4 Free Trial

4.1 Trial Terms

• The free trial is available to new subscribers only.
• To start a trial, you must authorise payment through your Apple ID. You will not be charged during the trial period.
• At the end of the trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel.

4.2 Cancelling Before Trial Ends

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. See Section 5.1 for cancellation instructions.

5 Cancellation & Refunds

5.1 How to Cancel

Cancel your BabyRoutio subscription at any time via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → BabyRoutio → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

5.2 Effect of Cancellation

• You retain full access to BabyRoutio until the end of your paid billing period.
• Your account and all stored data remain intact — no data is deleted upon cancellation.
• After the billing period ends, you will lose access to premium features.
• You may re-subscribe at any time.

5.3 Refund Policy

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are issued exclusively by Apple and are governed by Apple's refund policy. To request a refund:

• Sign in with your Apple ID
• Find BabyRoutio and submit a refund request

We encourage you to contact us at babyroutioapp@gmail.com if you experienced a technical problem, as we may be able to assist with your Apple refund request.

6 AI Assistant Usage

6.1 Usage Limits

The AI parenting assistant is subject to a fair-use limit of 15 messages per 24-hour period. This limit is enforced server-side and resets automatically every 24 hours.

6.2 Nature of AI Responses

• Provides general parenting information based on publicly available knowledge.
• Does not have access to your baby's specific health records unless you explicitly share them in a message.
• May occasionally produce inaccurate or outdated information — always verify important advice with a qualified professional.
• Is not a replacement for professional medical, nutritional, or psychological advice.

6.3 Prohibited AI Uses

• Seek emergency medical advice — call emergency services immediately.
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to jailbreak, manipulate, or reverse-engineer the AI system.
• Input sensitive personal identifiers (social security numbers, insurance IDs, medical record numbers).

7 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or other users' accounts.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to access the App or its data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to harm our systems.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription payment by any means.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

BabyRoutio and all of its components — including but not limited to the app design, UI/UX, graphics, icons, sleep schedule algorithms, text content, source code, trade names, logos, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of BabyRoutio.

8.2 Limited Licence to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

8.3 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into BabyRoutio. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service to you.

9 User Data & Content

Your use of the App and all data associated with your account is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.1 Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. BabyRoutio's recommendations are based on the data you provide. Incorrect data may result in inaccurate recommendations.

9.2 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Deletion is irreversible. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how long data is retained after deletion.

10 Medical Disclaimer

• Sleep schedule recommendations are based on general developmental research and population averages. Consult your paediatrician before making significant changes to your baby's routine.
• Feeding guidance is general information only, not personalised nutritional advice.
• Tracking data should not replace professional medical evaluation.
• In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

11 Third-Party Services

BabyRoutio integrates with third-party services to function. By using the App, you also agree to the applicable terms of:

12 Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BABYROUTIO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE APP

13 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BABYROUTIO AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your reliance on information provided by the App or AI assistant
• Any outcome related to your baby's health, sleep, feeding, or development based on App recommendations
• Interruption or cessation of the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50.

14 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BabyRoutio and its affiliates, officers, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right

15 Account Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription (effective end of billing period) and permanently removes your data per our Privacy Policy.

15.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any provision of these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a security risk to us or other users.

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your licence to use the App ends immediately. Sections 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, and 17 survive termination.

16 Changes to the Service or Terms

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of BabyRoutio at any time. For material Terms changes, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via in-app notification and/or email. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

17.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17.2 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. EU/EEA consumers retain all rights under applicable EU consumer law.

17.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, contact us at babyroutioapp@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve issues within 30 days.

• EU users may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
• Turkish users may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Courts.
• For all other users, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

17.4 Apple as Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content.

18 Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BabyRoutio. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right shall not be considered a waiver. These Terms are written in English; in case of conflict between translations, the English version shall control.
