BabyRoutio lets you record sleep, breastfeeding and bottle feeding, solid foods, complementary food introduction, diaper changes, growth measurements (height, weight, head circumference), vaccines and doctor appointments, and important developmental milestones — all in one app.

Based on your baby's age, the remaining sleep schedule for the day is automatically generated using "wake window" data compiled from scientific sleep research. Separate wake windows are defined for each period from 4 months to 14 months+. The schedule dynamically updates based on the actual wake time — even if your baby goes off plan, you'll get the right advice for the next sleep.

All notifications are generated entirely on your device — no data needs to be sent externally. You can set reminders 15 minutes before sleep time, post-nap check notifications, and reminders based on your feeding schedule. You can customize or completely disable notifications from within the app or in phone settings at any time.

You can ask the AI assistant about sleep schedules, complementary food transitions, feeding frequency, and dozens of other parenting topics. The assistant gives contextual answers based on your baby's age. There is a daily limit of 15 messages, which resets every day. The AI assistant is for informational purposes only and does not replace medical advice — always consult your pediatrician for health matters.

Yes. You can use BabyRoutio for 7 days free of charge, with all features. You can cancel at any time during the trial and no payment will be made. If you don't cancel, your chosen subscription plan automatically starts when the trial ends.

Two plan options are available: Monthly Plan — $4.99/month, or Annual Plan — $29.99/year (over 50% savings, only ~$2.50/month). Payment is securely processed through your Apple ID account. There are no restricted features in BabyRoutio — with an active subscription you get full access to all features.

No. Even if you cancel your subscription, your account and all your records (sleep, feeding, growth data, etc.) remain safe. You continue to have full access to the app until the end of the current billing period. If you want to delete your data, only you can do so from the Profile > Settings screen.

Yes. BabyRoutio saves to your device first, then syncs to the cloud when you have an internet connection. You can use all tracking features uninterrupted in airplane mode, no-signal areas, or data-saving mode.

All your data is stored encrypted both on your device (iOS Secure Enclave) and on European servers (Supabase - Frankfurt, Germany) with AES-256 encryption. Row Level Security is applied on the cloud side, meaning only you can access your data. We never see your card or payment information — these are managed entirely by Apple.

Yes, BabyRoutio updates dynamically based on your baby's age. Sleep schedule suggestions, daily nap counts, and wake windows automatically adjust from 4 months to 14 months and beyond. The app also guides you during the transition to a single nap, complementary food introduction stages, or the switch to solid foods.

In the solid food section, you can record each food introduced to your baby along with the date, amount, and your baby's reaction. You can easily track which food was introduced when and how it was accepted, and quickly look back at history in case of allergy suspicion.

BabyRoutio's gamification system makes building consistent sleep routines fun. When you follow the set sleep schedule on consecutive days, your sleep streak grows and you earn achievement badges. This feature is especially designed to keep your motivation alive during sleep regression periods.

You can permanently delete your account by going to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app. After deletion is confirmed, all your personal data will be completely removed from our servers within 30 days. This action is irreversible; we recommend exporting your data before deleting.
